Star Trek was a big part of my friends culture.

I always though the big gaseous entities on Star Trek were probably more realistic than meeting an actual being.

The "Enhance" feature in SciFi scanning always made me chuckle.

It's hard getting children to visit their grandparents when they are in a nursing home. It's a weird place to most kids.

This seems like a lot of responsibility to hand over to some kids, but what do I know.

I almost always love the blatant honesty and lack of repercussions when kids say things.

Many sibling battles were fought over high scores on video games. I can't imagine things have changed that much.

Even "geniuses" must respect authority ... especially when you are 6.

Kids are mean. We were no different. And yes, this saga also happened.

I never really understood the whole "objection" question at a wedding.

Not being able to sit with your friends at events like weddings and such can really open you up to more scrutiny from the parents, am I right?

I vaguely remember the wedding when I first had this thought. Bird Seed just doesn't have the sounds to it when it hits people like a clump of rice.

There is nothing I would look forward to at a wedding more than the food.

Cake reception ... makes me wanna take my gift back.
